01Scope

Using the Site is taken as acceptance of these terms; if you do not accept them, please stop using the Site. The terms of any actual import or distribution transaction are governed by the individual contract between the Company and the counterparty, not by these terms.

02Intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, design, logos and compilation published on the Site belong to the Company. They may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted or adapted without the Company's prior written consent.

03Third-party trademarks and product images

Rights in the brand names, product names and the trade names and logos of sales channels shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. The Company displays them solely to describe, accurately, the products it handles and where they have sold, and asserts no sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by those owners.

If a rights holder requests removal, the Company will verify and act promptly. Please send requests to the contact address below.

04Accuracy and disclaimer

The Company works to keep the Site accurate, but content may cease to be current after publication. The descriptions of import procedures and regulatory requirements are general guidance, not legal advice. Requirements for a specific item vary with product type, origin and ingredients, and must be confirmed separately.

The Company does not control and is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Site.

05Prohibited conduct

• Collecting email addresses published on the Site using automated harvesting tools, or providing or selling them to third parties (Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilisation and Information Protection)
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Site
• Submitting false information or unsolicited advertising through the enquiry form

06Personal data

The items, purposes, retention period and overseas transfer of personal data collected through the enquiry form are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

07Changes to these terms

The Company may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law, and will publish the effective date and the substance of any amendment on the Site.

08Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute relating to use of the Site shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
